Raynold Herbert Quist, 94, of Ottumwa, IA passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Care Center. As were his wishes, his body will be cremated with no services planned at this time. Memorials in Raynolds honor may be directed to the Harry Anderson American Legion Post 34 in Oskaloosa, IA or the Vista Woods Care Center in Ottumwa, IA. Raynold was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dorothy; a granddaughter, Trudy James, and one brother, Keith Quist. Left to share his story are his children, Alice (Jerry) Jeter of West Memphis, AR, Terri James of Prescott, AZ, Randy (Grace) Quist of Virginia Beach, VA, and Susan (Kerry) Boling of Batavia, IA; two siblings, Norman Quist and Lois Holland, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
